Director of Operations

Gursewak oversees the day-to-day cleaning operations at PureLift. He brings hands-on experience in commercial and facility cleaning, including detailed cleaning, sanitation, high dusting, deep cleaning, and routine maintenance.

His responsibilities include guiding cleaning teams, maintaining cleaning standards, monitoring quality, and ensuring services are completed safely and thoroughly.

Bhavneet leads PureLift Cleaning with a strong background in operations, client service, security management, and business administration. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and brings a structured, business-focused approach to service delivery.

His experience includes team leadership, staffing, scheduling, client communication, quality oversight, and day-to-day operations.
